Minutes — Regular Meeting

Present: Samuel Kirke, Moderator; Ruth Ellery, Township Clerk; Joan Whitcomb, Treasurer; and 43 residents
Also present: Harlan Voss, Township Marshal; Frank Odell, Superintendent, Light & Water; Peter Lindqvist, Fire Chief; Gus Bertrand, Foreman, Roads & Grounds
1. Call to order
The Moderator called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were read.
Moved, seconded and voted unanimously to approve the minutes as read.
3. Treasurer's report
The Treasurer reported fund balances at the end of the previous month.

4. Light & Water
Superintendent Odell reported that fall hydrant flushing is scheduled for the week of the 22nd.
5. Marshal
Marshal Voss reported a routine month and had no matters for the Meeting.
6. Fire Department
Chief Lindqvist reported a routine month. The response log is posted on the Fire Department page.
7. Roads & Grounds
Foreman Bertrand reported that the culvert on the hill road has been cleaned and the ball field mowed for the fall.
8. New business
The Booster Club requested use of the football field on two Saturdays in October to repaint the home bleachers.
Moved, seconded and voted unanimously.
9. Public comment
None.
10. Adjournment
The next regular meeting will be Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
