Present: Commissioners Arthur Prescott (Chair), Mary Ferrante and Daniel Hale
Also present: Frank Odell, Superintendent
1. Call to order
The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as distributed.
3. Superintendent's report
Scheduled maintenance north of the river was carried out this afternoon and completed at 3:15 p.m. No service interruptions were reported. Two applications have been received for the apprentice lineman position.
4. Office of Weights, Measures and Time
The quarterly Certificate of the Sealer was issued October 23. No instrument was found out of tolerance.
5. The Almanac
The Winter 2025–26 edition will be posted Wednesday, November 26.
6. Rates for 2026
The Superintendent recommended that electric and water rates remain unchanged for 2026.
Moved by Commissioner Ferrante, seconded by Commissioner Hale, and voted unanimously.
7. Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
