Minutes — Regular Meeting (held Wednesday; Veterans Day)

Present: Samuel Kirke, Moderator; Ruth Ellery, Township Clerk; Joan Whitcomb, Treasurer; and 34 residents
Also present: Harlan Voss, Township Marshal; Frank Odell, Superintendent, Light & Water; Peter Lindqvist, Fire Chief; Gus Bertrand, Foreman, Roads & Grounds
1. Call to order
The Moderator called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were read.
Moved, seconded and voted unanimously to approve the minutes as read.
3. Treasurer's report
The Treasurer reported fund balances at the end of the previous month.

4. Light & Water
Superintendent Odell reported that the annual meter reading runs December 1 to 12.
5. Marshal
Marshal Voss had no matters for the Meeting.
6. Fire Department
Chief Lindqvist reported 5 calls in the previous month, all handled without injury. The response log is posted on the Fire Department page.
7. Roads & Grounds
Foreman Bertrand reported that leaf collection is complete; plow routes are unchanged from last year.
8. New business
The Meeting House requested the loan of the Township's folding tables for the Harvest Supper on November 15.
Moved, seconded and voted unanimously.
9. Public comment
None.
10. Adjournment
The next regular meeting will be Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
