Minutes — Regular Meeting

Present: Samuel Kirke, Moderator; Ruth Ellery, Township Clerk; Joan Whitcomb, Treasurer; and 31 residents
Also present: Harlan Voss, Township Marshal; Frank Odell, Superintendent, Light & Water; Peter Lindqvist, Fire Chief; Gus Bertrand, Foreman, Roads & Grounds
1. Call to order
The Moderator called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were read.
Moved, seconded and voted unanimously to approve the minutes as read.
3. Treasurer's report
The Treasurer reported fund balances at the end of the previous month.

4. Light & Water
Superintendent Odell reported that two short outages from fallen limbs were restored within the hour.
5. Marshal
Marshal Voss reported a routine month and had no matters for the Meeting.
6. Fire Department
Chief Lindqvist reported 4 calls in the previous month, all handled without injury. The response log is posted on the Fire Department page.
7. Roads & Grounds
Foreman Bertrand reported that plows were out for two light snowfalls; salt and sand supplies are adequate.
8. New business
The Fire Department requested permission to post the town pond open for skating when the ice measures six inches.
Moved, seconded and voted unanimously.
9. Public comment
None.
10. Adjournment
The next regular meeting will be Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m.
