Present: Commissioners Arthur Prescott (Chair), Mary Ferrante and Daniel Hale

Also present: Frank Odell, Superintendent

1. Call to order

The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

2. Minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as distributed.

3. Superintendent's report

Superintendent Odell reported that two short outages from fallen limbs were restored within the hour.

4. Office of Weights, Measures and Time

The quarterly Certificate of the Sealer was issued January 22. No instrument was found out of tolerance.

5. The Almanac

The Spring 2026 edition will be posted Friday, February 27.

6. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
