Present: Commissioners Arthur Prescott (Chair), Mary Ferrante and Daniel Hale

Also present: Frank Odell, Superintendent

1. Call to order

The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

2. Minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as distributed.

3. Superintendent's report

Superintendent Odell reported that spring hydrant flushing is scheduled for April 13 to 17.

4. Office of Weights, Measures and Time

The quarterly Certificate of the Sealer was issued April 23. No instrument was found out of tolerance.

5. The Almanac

The Summer 2026 edition will be posted Friday, May 29.

6. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
