Present: Commissioners Arthur Prescott (Chair), Mary Ferrante and Daniel Hale

Also present: Frank Odell, Superintendent

1. Call to order

The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

2. Minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as distributed.

3. Superintendent's report

Superintendent Odell reported that the lawn watering schedule is in effect through August.

4. Office of Weights, Measures and Time

The quarterly Certificate of the Sealer was issued July 23. No instrument was found out of tolerance.

5. The Almanac

The Autumn 2026 edition will be posted Friday, August 28.

6. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
